I'm A Believer

I was never into the holistic approach of healing, but now I'm a major believer in Zyflamend. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and my dr. wanted me off the methotrexate and Prednisone I had been taking. I've tried many times to stop taking taking my prescription medication, but I always had flare ups. This time, from a strong recommendation from a friend of mine, I decided to take Zyflamend out of desperation and fear of having flare ups again.

I started taking Zyflamend three weeks before I stopped my prescriptions. I have had no problems, no flare ups since that time. It's been three months now (prescription-free) and I feel great. I also take a few other supplements in addition to Zyflamend, but I had been taking those way before I started Zyflamend. I can't believe I don't have to take prescription medication anymore to control my RA. I so thankful!

UPDATE (July 2012): I decided to cut back my dosage to 4 pills a day instead of the recommended 6 pills. I did this out of curiosity to see what would happen. It's been two weeks and I'm starting to have stiffness in my fingers. I'm not messing around with this anymore. I'm going back to 6 pills a day. Anyone with RA knows that one little flare up could get out of hand. Zyflamend IS a life saver!

Good Value

While I don't really have any major health issues, I am 64 years old and my knees and ankles are getting "Creaky" and I have been having some issues with pain in my hands - probably from to much time on the computer. The ingredient list is a long list of herbs that are beneficial anyway, so I thought that if these didn't help my aches and pains, they could provide other health benefits because of the herbal content. The product claims that it has 10 Herbs to Promote a Healthy Inflammation Response: Holy Basil, Turmeric, Ginger, Green Tea, Rosemary, Hu Zhang, Chinese Goldthread and Barberry, Oregano, Baikal Skullcap. The bottle says it has 180 tablets. But as pointed out by others, when you get the bottle in front of you and you read the directions, it says to take 6 tabs per day, so this is only a 30-day supply.

However, if you look at most herbal supplements, a 30-day supply is usually $30 and up in price. So, at less than $20, this is a good buy. I have been taking only 3 tabs per day instead of 6 and at least for me, it seems to be reducing my inflammation issues with my joints and I do feel better for taking them. I will continue to stretch my dollar by taking only half the amount specified as that seems to work for me. But I would probably buy these again.

I TRULY dont know how I ever lived without this!

I have always had trouble with swelling in my face. Ever since I can remember and I can look back at photos and It's always been so embarrassing.
I started out taking the softgels .. cant remember if it was 2 or 3 a day, after having multiple plastic surgeries at one time. My swelling was devastating, particularly in my face (which wasnt event touched). I noticed a change immediately in my face. I felt like I looked like a normal person! The longer I took them, the better my swelling got overall. Time, and compression garments helped also with the surgical areas. But I noticed when I stopped taking them, my face immediately was swollen again. I found the tiny caps and was thrilled because the soft gels were so big for me. 6 sounds like a lot, but take 3 in the morning and 3 at night and it will stay evenly in your system. that way, if you miss a dose, your body won't even notice.

I noticed where someone said it was more expensive to take the tiny caps vs the regular softgels. It isn't.... you just have to look for good deals. The Vitamin Shoppe used to have buy one $43 and get one free (plus free ship) of the 180 tiny gels but currently are not selling on line. So I will have to look elsewhere. Im glad I stocked up!

I can really tell when I stop taking them for periods of time. My face swells and the places where I had my surgery are obvious also.
At least TRY it. My friends at work have started taking these and they love them too. We all make sure everyone has taken theirs first thing in the morning to keep each other on track. It makes me feel better... and I hope it works as well for you!
