Cutting back to 1 per day. Taking 2 seems to make me feel uneasy. Almost like too much caffeine. Anxious. I read that too much folate and B vitamins can do that. Maybe I am overly sensitive as I don’t see any other reviews saying this. But I do feel that when I take 2 of these this occurs….

It's nice to have the perfect potency extended release. I've noticed an improvement in my allergies since taking these. Vitamin C is a dehistamine - meaning it removes histamines - as opposed to anti-histamine. So if you need something more than an antihistamine for your allergies try Vitamin C. It also helps the immune system cope with colds etc. The human body can't absorb a lot of Vitamin C at once and taking mega doses can cause kidney stones. It's nice to have an extended release form like this that has better absorption than vitamin C in the form of ascorbic acid. Ester C is absorbed better. These are big gel pills if you have trouble swallowing you may have trouble with these.

Have been taking these for about a year now and highly recommend. Generally only take one in the summer (along with a one a day multi) and go up to the recommended 2 per day in winter months to boost C levels. Also like that it has added benefit of vitamins A, D, and Zinc.

This is a gel capsule so it is easy to just swallow. As for flavor or warmth, there is no taste and there would be no warmth.<br />As for effectiveness, my blood tests have shown an increase which is good because of meds I take may lower my immunity level. I am pleased.

This product will now replace my multi complex B vitamins and a couple of others so that will minimize my vitamins I take daily as well as the overall monthly cost for vitamins. Good immune booster, Vit C, Elderberry and Echinacea to keep healthy as possible in addition to healthy foods. I really wanted a Subscribe & Save option but not available right now I think because of high demand so will be checking back to see if that option reappears.

I am so happy I tried this! I wanted something I can take that will be a 24 hour protection and filled with good quality vitamins and this hit it head on. I love this product thank you!
