Better than the name brands
The price-to-quality ratio here is hard to beat; I've already reordered twice. Saw a real difference in my hair and nails within a month — not placebo, measurable. Label is clear about dosing and the bottle doesn't take up much shelf space.

My energy through the afternoon is noticeably more stable since I started this. Label is clear about dosing and the bottle doesn't take up much shelf space. Tastes way better than I expected for a supplement; I actually look forward to taking it.
