Did the sourcing for the contents change at the time of the labelling change?

Both my wife and me have been faithful users of the Naturelo one a day vitamins for a year or more. Didnt have any issues during that time. When we reordered in April 2018, the packaging had changed to a newer type, but the vitamins and minerals list had not changed, so we didnt think much of it. Now the Men's version seemed the same as before, no issues. The women's version however, caused my wife to get a dry mouth and ulcers, rash on cheeks and throat and scratchy eyes. Initial thought was allergies due to something else. She stopped taking after 4-5 days, and over the next 3 days, all the symptoms cleared up. I contacted the customer service, they assured me that the contents were unchanged. So just to experiment, I took the women's version. On day 3, I had a dry, raspy mouth feel and mildly scratchy eyes (perhaps not as bad as the wife, but definitely similar symptoms). Stopped immediately, and things went back to normal in 2 days. The Men's version seems to be doing fine with me though. Not sure if the sources for the ingredients were changed in any way, or if any allergens got introduced in the batch used for the Women's version. Beyond suggesting I send to their lab for analysis (but no shipping labels or info), the customer rep had no suggestions. Wife stopped taking these now, and has to look for another vitamin now, which is a bummer! What else changed when they changed the labelling? Just not clear, but the outcome speaks for itself.

Natural is not always better.

Read all the Positive reviews and the info listed about this vitamin before purchasing. I thought it was safe and natural but after taking it for 3 months I noticed my hair falling out(did not take long, maybe a week) when I noticed I was losing hair but I thought I was crazy...I have a lot of hair. I started getting very dizzy. I noticed my hair falling out at the root, even just running my fingers through. I decided to go back and read the negative comments and all the light bulbs in my head started flickering, thinking ~"wow, it's this vitamin." My hair is still falling out, I have stopped taking it for about 6 weeks now. My hair is not the same...the hair growing in is baby fine, fine and also falling out. I had long, thick, beautiful hair all my life. I lost so much hair combing it today, I almost had a heart attack. I don't know what's in this product but it is NOT SAFE. Beware, especially if you have healthy hair to begin with.

love this brand

repeat buyer. B12 is methylcobalamin, the best form of this vitamin. I'm amazed at how much is packed into this little pill.

Causes severe rash and itch.

I have mild eczema on one hand, but it’s always under control. I ignored the views about a rash and ordered these cause of the whole food label. After a few days I started getting itchy hands. My eczema spread all over my hand, I couldn’t sleep through nights cause of the burning in my hands. It never came to my mind it’s happeing cause of the new multi vitamin I’m taking. I stopped drinking coffee for a few days, thinking it might be causing it. No change... itch, rash became worse, my other hand which never itches, started getting itchy. My ears began to itch. I kept noticing what might be causing this rash and pain. When my both hands got all red and swollen from burning, I left every thing I eat. No improvement. I started using eczema creams which seemed to work once. The next day more reaction on my fingers and hands would greet me. I thought why aren’t eczema creams working? I felt something inside my body was creating all this. When it came to my mind last week, maybe it’s the new vitamin. I paid attention to the negative reaction people had.
I stopped taking this the next day. At once my hands and ears rash calmed down, without using the eczema cream. It’s been a week, my new skin has came, but my hands have become very sensitive and still itch every now and then. My ears have also cooled down.
I’ve never had a reaction to any vitamin or medicine. Beware, ask a dr before buying this.
I wish I could get a refund. It’ll lessen the mental torture I went through this past month and a half.

Great Product.

A lot of vitamins doesn’t make you feel different but I can tell if I don’t take these I get headaches. I feel like they get absorbed better than most due to the natural form. I’m glad I have these and they work.

So glad I found this!

I needed a supplement that had folate instead of folic acid, and was easy to absorb (I can't have tablets at all). This has all of that criteria.

Not only that, but normally around this time of year I get sick with whatever colds are going around and I get severe seasonal depression. I've seen NONE of that happen so far and my depression is usually pretty severe. I hope this continues to hold up throughout the winter. Oh, I should also mention I take 10,000iu of Vitamin D3 in addition to this supplement. I also seem to overall have more energy throughout the day and just generally be perkier.

Pro tip: take your vitamins with food. It's easy for me to remember to take at breakfast with this pretty bright green bottle sitting in front of me every morning.
