I definitely feel these working. Kills my appetite when I eat them around dinner or so. So I don't get late night munchies.

I LOVE the apple cider vinegar capsules. Have always wanted the benefits of ACV minus the taste and now Bragg has made it possible. The capsules are easy to swallow and I don't get the effects of the acidity from ACV as I did when I was taking it by the spoonfuls. I have been taking the pills for over a week now with no side effects or adverse reactions. Now I can actually enjoy taking ACV!

I didn't look closely enough before buying this. It contains vitamin D3 and zinc. The National Institutes of Health recommends against zinc supplements because doing so provides no advantages and can be harmful. I have a huge supply of D3 supplements and do not want to take extra. I'm not going to use the vinegar capsules.

My husband has struggled with high blood pressure all of his life (51 years old now). I had been telling him about the benefits of acv but he felt all naturopathic healing, vitamins were a gimmick! But he gave Braggs acv capsules a try…HE IS A Believer!!! He stopped taking his bp meds and tried these capsules. Day 2 or 3 his bp was normal!!!! He takes 3 capsules at night faithfully. He already ordered his second bottle. So for the past 30 days, his bp has been normal WITHOUT MEDS OR THE SIDE EFFECTS (men know the usual side effects of bp meds)!!! I’m so happy for him. No meds!!! 🙌🙌🙌🙌

They smell like ACV, not as strong smelling as some of the other ACV pills I have tried in the past. So far I am still in the testing stage and have not noticed any changes, typically I drink 2 tbls of ACV in the morning, and feel the boost of energy, which is why I take ACV, so far, the pills do not do that, I am about to start my second bottle, so I will give this one a try and see if there is any difference.

I like the product... it definitely helps with weight loss and heart burn... but I've started getting these little rashes on my chest area... never had these before. The only thing that changed about what I'm taking in my body is these supplements so I'm assuming it's from these. I'll find out soon when I go see the doctor.<br /><br />EDIT: It's only fair I edit my review and let the consumers know that this product was not the cause of my rashes. That was something completely different.<br /><br />With that said, I definitely recommend this product, for sure.
