Ok, so I really wanted to like this item. When I was ordering it, I didn't see that two ingredients within this are Talc and Sodium Lauryl Sulfate. Those are two ingredients that are definitely NOT good for the body! There are other ingredients in there, also, that are equally bad for you.<br />I don't want to put any of those into my body, so I can't say how this item actually performs.<br />It does show this within the ingredients listed, so be sure to read the ingredients on ALL pages/photos before purchasing this.<br />I can't return it without having to pay return shipping. It's not worth it, so I guess this will be finding a home in the trash. :(

This product changed my life! I am so mellow now. Absolutely no anxiety and I’m happy all the time. We all need magnesium and it helps level our mental state out. I’ve been taking these for several years and my doctor is so amazed at my transformation that he’s telling his patients to start taking these. We lose our ability to absorb magnesium properly as we age and our body needs magnesium for so many things. This is my saving grace. No anxiety meds for me. Just my magnesium before I go to sleep at night.

These pills are awesome. They help with my headaches, muscle cramps, acid reflux, even my anxiety.

My pharmacist recommended a magnesium supplement due to one of the other medications I take. My primary physician steered me to SlowMag in particular. The recommended dosage is two tablets daily, but I do better on just one. The tablets are the size of an M&M candy: smooth and easy to swallow (although I don’t swallow my M&M’s on a routine basis!)

The product arrived on time and in excellent condition. My body could not tolerate the recommended dosage. My doctor suggested this brand but I found that I respond better to Natural Vitality's Natural Calm as I can adjust dosage more specific to my daily needs.

This product is great. It has helped with leg and feet cramps I have due to neuropathy. This is a must to buy if you have cramps caused by neuropathy but always check with your doctor before buying.
