Completely Ineffective

I awaken multiple times throughout the night and have difficulty getting back to sleep. I bought this product because it was supposedly developed by a neurologist, so I thought there might be some science behind it. I took 2 capsules the first night, and they had no effect on my sleep. Directions state that one can increase the dose to 4 capsules if needed, so on my second night I took 3 capsules. Still no effect. Next night, 4 capsules, same result. A complete waste of money.

Not worth the price.

As expensive as this product is, I though that I would give it a try. Well I have, and it has not worked for me. Even taking 3 or 4 didn't work. Do the math $40.00 for 60 capsules. Even if it worked, at 4 capsules a day that is almost $40.00 for 2 weeks worth. It didn't work and I won't buy again. I would like to return the unused portion for a refund.

Works even for severe insomnia

I developed a severe insomnia disorder that has lasted about a decade. I have tried many things to help with my sleep. Many work occasionally or a little bit but don't help me sleep through the night. Although I know ultimately this is an issue of hormones and circadian cycles (especially the right progesterone if you're a woman), and I'm working to find a doctor who really understands it well enough to heal this issue, Relaxium Sleep has been one of the few things that has been the most helpful. It works 90% of the time. It doesn't matter if I have trouble falling asleep or if it's just trouble staying asleep or if it's both. Or if I can't sleep because my mind is racing or because of some other hormonal or body chemistry issue. It still works about 90% of the time. When I say severe insomnia disorder, I mean that I have been completely and totally awake for 8 days before. (Yes you do start hallucinating around that point. :-)

So when you're that bad, clearly there are thyroid or hormone issues that need to be addressed. Not to mention methylation and other things relevant to your circadian cycle. Pretty much nothing works when you're that bad. Not even Ambien, etc. But outside of those most extreme scenarios, Relaxium Sleep works most of the time and has been my go-to when I'm the most desperate.
The only drawback is that it includes fairly high doses of melatonin, which can down-regulate your own melatonin and should not be given to children, for sure. But according to my doctors and my own experience, it's certainly better to have more melatonin temporarily than it is to go without sleep. And it doesn't have a lot of the other nasty chemicals or side effects some of the more serious sleep aids have. And you could always drop to one pill if your sleep needs are not severe. So I would give it two thumbs up!

Forget it

Very disappointed! Had high hopes for a good night’s sleep! But it never happened!
Apparently my insomnia is too much for this “natural “ product to handle. Guess I’ll continue to rely on the Xanax , even though it doesn’t do much either, at least it is not $40 dollars a bottle?

All natural sleeping pill!

The first night I took just one in the middle of the night which is when typically I can’t get back to sleep. It worked like a charm. Not only did I get back to sleep immediately but also I did not wake again until morning. The second night I took it at bedtime with my other pills …it didn’t work so great, so possibly there was an interaction problem. Will continue experimenting and bottom line is I must figure how, when, and how many to take for I think this is the best, non-habit forming product on the market.

Don't buy these. Do not work as advertised.

Does not work well. I fall asleep after 1/2 hour but don't stay asleep through the night. Price is too high at $39.99 for 60 pills, considering you take two a night. Will not buy again.
