"Prenatal to Cradle"

Considerable research is taken when I make purchases. As a potential buyer of this product you can be assured that the seller has not influenced my 5-star recommendation, as it was purchased at full price. As a couple that eats organic food already, we wanted to find a prenatal for my wife that was organic, made with whole foods, and contained folate instead of the synthetic folic acid. MyKind Organics Prenatal Once Daily was the highest quality vitamin we could find on the market that was 100% USDA Organic that met all of our criteria. It never once made my wife sick, and made us feel confident that she was ensuring a healthy diet for the growth of our little bundle. If you are of a like mind, I highly recommend this product for all the reasons highlighted within this review.

Highly recommend

I researched vitamins for a while. Like probably longer than I should have. There were a few things that I was looking for...
1. Folate...not folic acid the synthetic version of folate
2.Vitamin A from a food source (this is supposed to be better tolerated by the body)
3.Vitamin E from a food source (best way to get it)
4. And a mix of other fruits and vegetables mixed in

This had it all. I love that all of the ingredients are raw and from food sources...that was really important to me. You will pay a bit more than other vitamins but I think it is worth it.

These vitamins are big...but I really don't have trouble swallowing pills so they are no trouble for me. I can at times have a sensitive stomach to vitamins...but these don't bother me. I love the Garden of Life brand and have bought many vitamins from them over the years. My daughter who is 2 takes one of their children supplements as well.

Overall, after all of my research I found these to be the best suited for me. I highly recommend.

Great whole food organic supplement, only needing one per day rather than 3, with the same amount of nutrients (minus calcium)

These are great, they are almost identical to the MyKind Organics Prenatal Multi, but you only take one per day rather than 3. The difference is they do not contain any calcium (0 mg vs. 5 mg in the multis) not much of a difference but calcium is one of the most important nutrients during pregnancy , and that is the very reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5. They also do not contain the "stomach soothing blend" which is 50 mg of ginger root and 50 mg of peppermint leaf per serving in the multis.

Swear By These Prenatals

Best prenatal multivitamin I have found. This brand was recommended by my holistic chiropractor as the ingredients are clean and support a healthy pregnancy. They are a larger pill, but easy to swallow and do not cause gagging or nausea. They have a slight smell but not nasty.

Buyer Beware

I am on my 6th or 7th bottle of these, I’ve taken them (rather inconsistently) for more than 3 years. I have always loved them. I took them more consistently throughout pregnancy but continued to take them while breastfeeding and now that I’m ttc again. This most recent bottle makes me break out and have a really intense allergic reaction. It’s so weird. Apparently the formula hasn’t changed but I’m just suddenly allergic? It doesn’t make sense to me. Unfortunately I bought two bottles last time I purchased so I’m stuck with $100+ of worthless vitamins

Ingredients

These are obviously the best out there, however they taste so badly and smell horrifically. I bought a 3 month supply and started taking them prior to conceiving. When I wasn’t pregnant, taking these was fine but now I find myself dreading taking them everyday. They make me so nauseous and I feel like throwing up from their smell and taste. As soon as I am done with these I will switch back to the same ones but the gummy ones. Those are fine, they taste like a healthy fruit rollop lol I’ve been having the worst time with these but because I know they are the best ones, I take them. I just took one now and feel queasy. I literally have to chug the pill down with juice and it something right after to mask the taste and thickness in my throat! Not being dramatic! just pregnant.
