After doing lots of research on the outcomes of the anti-osteoporosis drugs, it seemed reasonable to try these. These have everything you need to 'feed' your bones. I won't really know until my next bone density exam, but taking these seems to be a logical way to help myself. I'll up date after my next exam.<br /><br />10/30/2020 - results from my bone density exam are in: still have it BUT they were almost 7% BETTER than last time and I was only taking half a dose. Nothing else changed- same work habits, same diet, etc. I'm going to a full dose, 4 capsules/day. I'm convinced this stuff actually does what it says it does. Thank heaven for that!

I bought this product to try to resolve my problem with very weak, ridged and splitting nails. I have tried other types of calcium supplements, but they mess up my system so thought I would give this one a try to see if I could tolerate this formulation. I tried the recommended dosage of 4 capsules a day for the first couple of days, but I could tell that it was too much for my system. I reduced the amount to just one capsule a day, and have finished 2 bottles and am now on the third one. It has made an amazing difference in my nails, which are almost to a normal state now, and continue to improve. Now I have only very minor ridges in some of my nails and the splitting has stopped completely, as the weak parts of the nails have grown out. The product seemed a bit pricey at first, but not so much that I didn't buy it again. It has definitely helped with my problem and I intend to continue its use. I highly recommend this product.

I’ve been taking these for many months. This last bottle smells awful and the pill leaves a nasty taste in my mouth.<br /><br />Update<br />Naturelo contacted me and replaced the bottle. I guess there had been a storage problem with the past shipment.<br />My new bottle has no nasty odor. I will begin taking them next week.
