I0,000 US's better than 5,000 IU's
Start by reading the book, Vitamin K2 and the Calcium Paradox. We need to take K2, and the same amount of Vitamins A and D3 on a daily basis. Most of the Vitamin A pills are 10,000 IU's and I am delighted to be taking D3 the same dosage. Most books do not mention the importance of Vitamin A and I don't think many doctors in the US know that if you take the same amount of A and D3 you do not have to worry about taking too much Vitamin A. Doctors study only one semester in their entire schooling--and it is unfortunate that their teachers don't know much either. Now that I am taking this size pill I can relax knowing that I won't get the number of pills I need to take confused. The health benefits of taking these three vitamins are incredible. I have no sign of the 2 blood clots I had in 2014. One word of caution--you can't take both blood thinners and Vitamin K at the same time. Also--it is better to reverse the problem than to experience blood clots. These vitamins also reverse type 2 diabetes and prevent Alzheimer's as well as help many other conditions. Well worth the money. I almost forgot, if you only take one of the three vitamins you are automatically short in the other 2 vitamins. Most books (and doctors) do not realize the importance of Vitamin A (which releases the old Calcium by directing it to leave the body through our urine.)
