From reading the reviews this seemed as if it would be easier to swallow than most tablets but that was wrong! HUGE horse pill with a rougher coating that got stuck in my throat.<br />Please beware, if you have even the slightest issue swallowing big pills, avoid at all costs. I almost choked on this and after getting it down I felt queasy the rest of the day.

I have ordered these exact vitamins once or twice before and had no issues. This time however almost half the bottle was broken and/or crushed, looking like they are dissolving. (The picture doesn’t do it justice!) I wanted to get ahold of the company directly to take up this issue as i believe it’s a mishap and not a consistent show of their quality since I haven’t had any previous issues but i could not find an option to do so....so i chose to write a review to see if i get a response and/solution.

Not quite sure why people are complaining in the reviews. I received my vitamins and they are all in tact. They also aren't humongous horse pills as people are describing. They are the average size of a prescription ibuprofen, however an ibuprofen may be a little fatter than these. These vitamins go down easily, do not have a strong smell, as some other vitamins do. And taking them 3 times a day is no issue for me either. You eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner don't you? And if not, you SHOULD at least be feeding your children 3 times a day right?Take 1 with each meal. Or take 1 everytime your child sits down to have their meals. It's not that hard to be a responsible adult lol. Happy with my purchase.

Doctor wanted me to take magnesium with my calcium and D3. My blood work was great after 6 months of use. I do not take 3 in a day. I take 1. There is Zinc in the product as well. Now the CDC is saying D3 and Zinc are good protective measures for COVID. Don’t know if that is true, but it helps my bones.

Disappointed, MG. Not MG gycynate but citrate. Gycynate more absorbable. Must pay to return. Kept it to try. May not order again.

Many of the pills are misshapen and it looks like only a half of a pill. Never purchased pills that look like this.
