I don't go to doctors. Whenever I'm feeling sick, ill, nauseous, or like I might be slowly dieing from undiagnosed and uncontrolled diabetes, I just eat a big handful of these gummy vitamins. The flavor is good and I think they're sugar free, but I wouldn't know. Only people who accept the fact that they have diabetes looks at things like sugar content.<br /><br />Disclaimer. Dear Lord please don't follow my medical advice. I am NOT anything even remotely related to a doctor. In fact if you don't go to a hospital and just eat gummy vitamins, you might die. Seriously, don't do it.<br /><br />These are good though. My wife hides them so I don't eat the entire bottle in 3 mintues.

These are a great alternative to the large fish-oil pills that are available. I have trouble swallowing the big fish oil pills and they often leave a fishy taste in my throat later after taking them. These gummies taste great and are easy to take - just pop in your mouth and chew. They have a balance of Omega 3 from different sources. I can say that when I take these in the morning and again at night, I have a lot less joint pain. When I forget or run out, I do notice my joint pain worsens. This is not a cure for arthritis, but it certainly has been helping and my orthopedic surgeon has been impressed. I have been using this product for about a year now and will continue to use it.

I gave 5 stars for each category - I do want to note here: one of the categories is "Easy to swallow" these are gummies so they are not to be swallowed whole, which is stated on the bottle. I only point this out to make sure everyone understands that it is important to chew these and let them begin to dissolve as you chew before swallowing. so the supplement will properly absorb into your system. I've taken omega-3 supplements for years. I like this one because it is a gummy and has a pleasant taste unlike many of the large capsules and/or tablets that sometimes leave a bad after tatse. My lab tests have continued to be in the same good level since I switched to these supplements. I definitely recommend them.
