Saw that the color seemed a bit off from other bottles I've purchased before, so I called the company who makes the pills and they notified me that they have changed the formula for the pills to no longer contain artificial dyes. So the color of the pills is now supposed to be a tannish/yellow color with light brown spots.

Great product! I was anemic and after taking this multi-vitamin for a month, my iron levels were back to normal!

Who knew how much a difference a multi vitamin daily could do?<br /><br />I am constantly tired. I yawn an unimaginable amount of times daily. Despite meeting my water intake and other supplements, I often find myself exhausted from little activity. A friend suggested I start taking a multi vitamin. So far, five days in and I’m feeling more energized. I anticipate in another week or so I’ll feel even better than now.<br /><br />It’s imperative to take a multi vitamin daily and drink plenty of water.

These are fairly large supplements, but they also provide 100% of supplements I have had to buy separately in the past, including iron and Biotin. I'm not usually one who buys the name brand of anything. However, I have not been able to find a generic that matches the quality of the new formula of One A Day Women's multivitamin/multimineral supplement. What stands this multivitamin apart from others is its amount of Calcium - 400mg, or 31%DV. It doesn't have any magnesium which is a good thing because calcium and magnesium compete for the same cells so if you have both of them at the same time, neither will be absorbed well.<br /><br />This vitamin smells good (like a vitamin should smell) and looks natural like a vitamin with no artificial colors. It's not the cheapest vitamin on the market but reasonable and definitely worth it.

Came in great time. Perfectly packed & sealed. Just switched to this brand and haven’t had any cons but seems to be working just fine!<br />BTW, I’m 40 y/o, 5’9, 125lb, female not as active as I should be, lol. But into vitamins & supplements which as a team keep my GI Tract in check, & multi vitamins always seem to provide a natural boost to my life, skin, overall mood without a weird tweaking like Energy drinks, and no crash either! I’d encourage anyone to take a good multivitamin daily.
