I was previously taking probiotics from a different brand, it was time to refill and I wanted to save some money because hey, if you can find a quality product for a cheaper price then why not? Your dollar is valuable and over-investing in expensive brands that display the exact results if not very similar results as a lower-named brand is pretty much like flushing your dollar down the drain.<br /><br />So I went with this brand, on the surface it looks very appealing. 360 days of probiotics for the same price as a different brand which only has a quantity of 30 days. What could go wrong? For the most part everything. These probiotics did absolutely nothing for me over the week that I have been taking them. I even increased my intake and still I did not see any results.<br /><br />There's nothing wrong with trying to save money and picking up a good deal, but this is not a deal. From my personal experience it was like me throwing away my money.

Shouldn't have purchased a 3 pack. I am a big fan of nearly all Nature's Bounty products and have never had a bad experience with them. However, there's always a first and this is it. These probiotics (PBs) simply don't work. They need refrigerated once opened and I don't know if they were stored incorrectly before we received them or just got a bad batch. Wife and I used the first bottle and we both agreed there were no &#34;results&#34; when using these PBs vs other brands we had tried in the past. We started on the second bottle to see if maybe one bottle was a dud. Halfway through the second bottle now and still nothing. Made a culture and it confirmed my suspicions....not much happening. I'd return the last bottle if I could and will be steering clear of these going forward.

My wife is going into menopause and had always been very regular each morning but suddenly after gaining weight and all the other symptoms associated with perimenopause, she suddenly became very irregular. She now takes 1 of these pills in the morning and 1 pill at night and also eats more yogurt and takes generic Benefiber in her coffee and - voila! - she is back to being regular every morning.

Lots of abdominal surgeries, and resulting scar tissue, made intestines sluggish and slow. Did several things to help and probiotics have helped keep intestines healthy. Of course, I can't see inside gut to verify they did it, but I do believe I'm healthier because of them. It's a tablet, so no taste. They dissolve immediately, sometimes before full water taken. Much better than capsules I tried. So, works for me; may work for you...

Been taking Acidophilus tabs for MANY years to keep from destroying my normal flora and fauna in the digestive track without breaking your budget to bits. Just allow 2 hours before and after taking so you don't destroy the replenished enzymes. I always just swallow the tablet with water rather than chewing. They are a bit "bland" tasting.
