I have been on this product for over a year now. I recently decided to test this product to see if it was working. I have included pictures of my test. I let it sit in about 1/4 cup of milk for 48 hours. If this was a true probiotic it would have produced a yogurt like texture. I'm sorry to say, the texture did not change. This was a waste of money for over a year. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

My wife loves these. She's been nursing our son and in 2 months had thrush twice and was miserable! She tried these and hasn't gotten thrush since! Nothing else had really changed for her as far as diet or nutrition went and when she feels bloated and takes these her symptoms are gone a couple hours later! As a new mom without a lot of options for medications these have been a life saver for her. I just wish they weren't so expensive or that we could just buy a big bottle instead of every month

Seems like a typical probiotic, I did not notice any difference in my gut flora or any earth shattering changes. No different than align of femdophilus.
