My 2 year old has been a terrible sleeper since birth. Getting him sleep is always a fight and could take up to two hours of trying to get him to simply lay down and sleep. I was desperate and being a single mom with full custody I was at my wits end dealing with it on my own. Tried these and he’s passed out within half an hour! He took it willingly the first two nights then stopped wanting to take it. So now that becomes the struggle. But, I’ll have to figure out some creative ways to make it easier. Works great though!

My 2 year old had always been a bad sleeper since birth. She fights sleep like crazy and it’s always been a huge struggle. Her pediatrician said these were fine to give her, so I thought I would give them a try. They work fantastic and knock her out within 30 minutes! Only one problem, she hates the way they taste. She says they are yucky. They should’ve made these into gummies or something. The taste reminds me of a sweet tart but it has a chalky taste to it as well. She doesn’t like the chalky after taste. Either way I have to give her an m&m with it for her to eat it and it seems to be working. I just wish they were in a flavorful gummy or something easy for younger kids. I didn’t really know how to rate it. It works well so I gave it 4 stars. For the chalky taste I took off one star, and almost took off 2 stars.<br /><br />Update: we now use tired teddy’s invisimix. It Is the same exact dosage as these tablets and you can mix them in with any food or drink. We put them in her night time milk bottle.

I was desperate to find something for my 2yr going on 3, we have a newborn and for some reason my toddler started losing sleep, she would wake up at 2am and not fall back to sleep and I felt so bad because I know we all need our sleep especially her, so I found this on amazon read other reviews and thought what do I have to lose. The day we received it I gave her one and 30mins she was telling me she was sleepy so my husband and I look at one another with joy, ok let’s see if she sleeps through the night, that was the real question. Let me tell you she slept so good went to bed at 9pm woke up the following day at 10am, she look so refresh and well rested. Worth it don’t doubt it nor feel bad because we all need our rest

Melatonin really helps my over active 4-year-old (and myself) sleep soundly at night. And I love that it’s natural and gentle. This particular brand has 0.5 mg of melatonin, which is a low enough dosage for children. Overall it works well. We give it to him during his bedtime routine and within a 1/2 hour he’s in his bed sleeping. He wakes up fine with no crankiness. And there’s been no side effects at all.<br /><br />Unfortunately though he didn’t really like this one as much as another brand we were using (CVS). At first, he down right rejected it saying it was yucky, but he did eventually take it after a few days. He doesn’t mind it, but he still likes the other one better. This one tastes a little like a sweet tart and it dissolves in your mouth. I think the chalky texture is what he doesn’t like.

After having my third child, been exhausted most of the time, and refusing to use the help... I have finally decided to give it a try. All I have to say is, give it a try and you will be amazed. My kids go to bed within half an hour of taking it and I get to take care of myself. They used to wake up every two hours and ended up waking up in my bed with us, which as a married couple is not the ideal situation. After trying this product, I will have to say it has helped me to the point that even I sleep better and get to spend more quality time with my husband.
