Tastes horrible!!!

Tastes like a flavored Tylenol!!! So gross. & for 12mg, didn’t do anything for my sleep, I’m gonna stick with Nature Made

Too Acidic on stomach...

It works good but if you take before bed drink with milk or you will have acid indigestion...ugh..
