I have been taking these pills about a week now. I'm not sure if they are working yet, but so far I haven't had any issues with these. They come in a capsules form and it says to take 2 a day. I've been taking them in the mornings with water. It doesn't upset my stomach so you can take without food. These capsules don't have a taste or smell. They are pretty easy to swallow. With not knowing how well they are working for me yet,I only gave a 4 star for now.
