I love the taste of this stuff, I have to stop myself from adding it to every glass of water I drink! I work out 6 days a week and have noticed a HUGE difference in my ability to recover after a tough workout. I will be buying this stuff again for sure!

I was not too certain about the role another BCAA would play on my workout routine. But after trying out other brands, Muscle Pharm was the only one I could validate the before and after effect. My performance improves when I take a scoop prior to my work out and 1 (or half) AFTER my workout. In fact I stopped taking it for about a couple of weeks and my joint/ muscle pain returned. Ordered the product again and the pain went away. . .so, as long as they keep pricing the same (or lower) I will continue ordering. It tastes fine too.

Worst taste ever for fruit punch. Makes you wanna throw up. I bought this because it was cheaper than the brand BCAA, but I regret it. Not consumable.

I used a tub of this in the “unflavored” version and had no issue and felt fantastic. I used this for around a week, and while I recovered better and felt stronger, it gave me the squirts like there was no tomorrow! I didn’t connect this product until I went away on business for a week and all was well. Yesterday I got back and drank it during a workout just to make sure. As expected this morning I launched myself off the toilet so it’s confirmed. I’ll order the unflavored, but something in the fruit punch is equal to licking a handle on the New York subway.

I took this bcaa when i was working out in the morning before work and it made me think i was pregnant because i was always extremely nauseous and threw up a couple times. Turns out it was the product making me sick. Would not recommend, didn't do anything for my muscle recovery. The only reason i gave it any stars is because the flavor isn't bad

I just got it this week... So I can’t say much of it’s effectivness, but it has the same formula as more expensive brands. Also, after reading a lot of the reviews, I thought it was going to taste terrible...it tastes pretty good. I mix it with 16 oz of water. Can’t taste the difference between it and a crystal light package.
