I read an article about Akkermansia and all the benefits it may have...I thought it could not hurt to try it. I've been taking them for a week now and I can feel a big difference in not only my tummy issues but my overall well being. Has a nice vanilla taste to it as well. It's easy to get sticker shock from this. I can tell you that this supplement is one of those "you get what you pay for". This is top notch stuff. The Akkermansia bacteria has been shown to not only improve gut health but many other areas of health as well (including insulin resistance and other weight-related issues). While this isn't a magic pill, if you're attempting to lose weight, you might find extra benefit from these.
