It has started calming down the inflammation which seems to be exacerbated with the reduction in activity in regards to the pandemic. I think I took for granted how much it has helped me in the past. I have had surgery on my right knee (meniscus tear) and have had difficulties every since (one way or another). I know motion is lotion for the joints but you gotta get to a point to have functional motion to promote exercise. Curcumin has been helpful with this.

Forty years ago I was hit by a car while standing next to my own car. The bodily damage was to my legs. Now that I'm older the pain in my legs is so bad I have to use crutches and a wheel chair for long distances. I saw the add and started using curcumin and after about a couple of weeks of taking curcumin I can actually walk short distances with little pain. I'm so happy to be out of the wheelchair and walking on my own even if just for a short time and short distances around the house. Its a start! Thank you!

THE BEST CURCUMIN I HAVE TRIED!! Was taking other 95% standarized tumeric and even made my own paste, with pepperine, But when I read about the better absoprtion and affects of using the Tetra-Hydro with Black Seed Oil, rather than the powder, I thought I would try it for, aches and pains in lower back and other joints, as I am now 65 yr. old. After a 2 mo. I realized that not only my new aches and pains were feeling better, but the Fibromyalgia pain in my arms, that I have had for a good 1 yr. and half, had totally disappeared. I just wanted to let everyone know that, for me, this product caused a lot of heart palpitations for me. I only say this so you pay attention in case it happens to you. I started getting about 100 a day and this went on for about two weeks. I finally suspected that it might be this supplement, so I stopped it immediately.
