I have terrible insomnia, and I have tried (and failed) 13 prescription sleep medications and around 11 OTC and herbal remedies.<br /><br />Melatonin by itself does not help me - I fall asleep, but then I wake up a couple hours later and can't get back to sleep! Annoying!<br /><br />Somehow, this blend really helps me. Eating the gummy while trying to go to sleep is also useful for my anxiety to focus on.<br /><br />Definitely worth the money!
