I haven’t noticed any difference when taking this vs taking any other hydration powder except that this one is extremely expensive. The taste was just ok, not great, but not horrible. The powder dissolved rather quickly in water, but it did create a foam which I wasn’t a fan of. I don’t know if it actually helped keep a hangover away or if just drinking more water and being more hydrated than usual was what helped.

I am currently breastfeeding and I find that it is dehydrating me so much that I need to add an electrolyte drink to my routine in order to replenish. This sounded great because it also has some other beneficial nutrients like choline that I am also trying to add to my diet.<br /><br />The directions though are so unclear. On the packet it says "drink after sports or partying, repeat in morning, repeat 3 hours later". So does that mean that this is technically 1 serving and you should use all three packets in one day? That seems more likely when it later says "daily dose (three servings)" than mixing, drinking some and storing the rest to drink later. BUT then the price point is extremely high. So how do you use this stuff?<br /><br />I added one pack to 300ml/10 oz as picturrd on the pack. Upon mixing the beverage becomes foamy at the top. This foam has a gross taste. Do not sip it alone. The actually drink under the foam is ok. Its a lemon lime flavor with a bit of a zing. Kind of a bubbly feel but without carbonation.<br /><br />I did feel hydrated after drinking it. But I would only use this one packet at a time. I am concerned about the ambiguity of the directions. Because this has vitamins one doesnt want to overdose and because the dosing is unclear I fear that it could be an issue for consumers.

Wasn't entirely sure what to make of this - the packaging itself wasn't particularly clear about how the powder should be mixed (though the product description on the page says mix with 10-17 oz) and the mix doesn't dissolve completely. It's effectively a quasi-multivitamin in suspension form.<br /><br />There were hints of lime in the flavoring but it left me with an aftertaste that reminded me of a perm treatment.

Product is mainly just a hydration powder with a few things added to it. It does hydrate you well so I would say it is accurate in its claims to be used after strenuous activity (like working out). As for its claims as an after-party remedy, not so much. Sure, it will hydrate you, but alcohol does more to your body than dehydrate you. Maybe it will make your hangover less tragic but for me, I would stick to the probiotics that will literally target alcohol and break it down. You would still need to hydrate either way, but hydration does not eliminate alcohol from your system.<br /><br />This product is also one of the most expensive hydration powders I have ever tried. They add a lot of extra vitamins and goodies for the body, but I am not sure it is worth the price hike. Ten USD for three servings is over three USD per serving. I am also not a fan of all the added sugar. It tastes good but all that sugar is the main contributor to that good taste as well as the 95 calories per serving.<br /><br />From what I can gather, this product is popular in Switzerland and is only recently becoming available in the USA. This may be a reason for the price tag. I checked out their website and their website basically state the same information on this product page and even refers users back to Amazon for purchase. They do appear to be in the process of letting you buy directly from their website, but the price is the same unless you buy bulk (24 servings at a time).<br /><br />This is certainly not a bad product. It is good and tastes good. I only knock a star because of the sugar content and price not being worth the product in my opinion. If you can afford it and want to see what the hype in Switzerland is about this product, I would recommend it. Otherwise, you may finder domestic, cheaper variations that are similar to this product.

This is great! It is super hydrating. The taste isn't sugary. Its lemon lime, but not sweet or salty like other hydration drinks.<br /><br />I would actually prefer this over most. It is very expensive though. But it works. After I was done with it, I felt like I just had an IV!

It says vegan, but I'm not really sure anything man made can be lol but it really works for me. Like a jolt of energy that goes and doesn't just drop off and leave you itching for more. Keeps you going and ready for whatever the day brings your way.
