Now the pill that came in the bottle from Amazon was white at first and then I started to notice it turning dark and realized it was. I decided to order straight from the source and the pill looks and feels different, so just use your best judgment. May be better to order straight from the website.

The night I took this I woke up and had to throw up. Not sure if it was the probiotic or just a coincidence. I waited about 2 weeks then tried it again. By day three my bloating was gone. I dont have bladder pressure and oddly enough I've slept better. With the bloating gone my stomach feels smaller too. Usually my stomach is so tender that I dont want any weight on it, not even my husbands arm around me at bedtime. Right now I'm not feeling that and its sooo nice. It is very pricey this is true (why I gave 4 starts), but it is working!!! I was on the edge of ordering it since there was only 12 reviews, but I liked that it was good for gut, vaginal, and bladder health. I just turned 39, 5'6" and about 165 lbs so not a very large person and have been dealing with this for at least the last 4 years. I took a probiotic for about a year from the chiropractors office and I couldnt really tell a difference. I do keep mine in the fridge so it lasts longer. I did some reading before hand that said you want a minimum of 13 strains and its always best if its formulated by a doctor.

I have a lot of stomach problems and have had them for over 2 year's. I constantly have bowel obstructions. I have taken these for 30 days now and I have noticed a difference. They are pricey but if they help me so I can eat they are totally worth the price. Also if you order them in bulk from the biome company you can get 3 for a little over the price of two. Only thing is they take a little longer than Amazon to get to you. These pills literally saved my life.

I didn’t really realize how expensive these where until I received them. 30 pills for 60 dollars! The bottle is filled 1/4 full. Should at least filled it 1/2 full for that price. Will not reorder.
