I’ve been a Peak + Valley customer since 2019, and I’ve been hoping for capsules for a while—and they’re finally here 🙌🏼. This is my 3rd month taking all three (Balance My Stress, Restore My Sleep, and Nourish My Brain) regularly, and I can’t recommend them enough. Such a game changer in my overall mood and energy levels, especially as someone with a menstrual cycle. These sit on a shelf right next to my bed and I look forward to taking them as a part of my nighttime routine. This is the second Peak and Valley supplement of which I am testing; the entire roster of products by this company was created by a neuroscientist who focuses on organic botanicals as solutions for common ailments, as opposed to chemical compounds...I am totally on board with that!<br /><br />Knowing that natural remedies often require them to be used at greater strengths for longer periods of time (vs. chemical compounds), the three capsule daily dosage is totally relatable. I plan to utilize this supplement on an "as needed" basis, when I feel that my stress levels have escalated. I had taken this supplement earlier today and did feel a wave of relaxation come over me within the initial hour, so it's a viable blend of ingredients. I also did not expeience my normal "afternoon fatique brain drain", which is also a plus!<br /><br />Based upon my usage, "Balance My Stress" is effective and something I recommend to anyone in need of stress relief.

I take Ashwagandha daily in powdered form that I add to my morning protein drink. I also take a functional mushroom supplement that includes Reishi and have used Eleuthero root in the past but not currently.<br />I don't like Proprietary blends in general because I want to know the exact amount of each supplement I'm taking. I can't compare apples to apples or make informed cost decisions about what and how much with Proprietary blends.<br />Peak + Valley Balance My Stress Adaptogen is a 30 day supply of a three Capsule daily dose of Ashwagandha , Reishi and Eleuthero root.

It's fine. Did what I expected, nothing more. Might try other brands before reordering.

Took this for a month and didn't notice much change. Might just not work for me personally.

Been taking this for about six weeks. Energy is more consistent and I feel less sluggish in the afternoons. Happy with the purchase.
