I was looking for something to take during my physical therapy. I needed some energy; because I can kind of get run down with my medical issues, and the fall that I had that damaged my knees. This helps me keep my stamina up during my workouts.<br /><br />I like the fact that there's no flavor; so it mixes well with just about any protein drink, I put it in. I can even mix it with milk. It's great with cereal; or in my oatmeal. I love putting it into my cream of wheat. It can be blended with just about anything.<br /><br />And for a hundred servings...you are definitely getting your money's worth...

Been taking this for about six weeks. Energy is more consistent and I feel less sluggish in the afternoons. Happy with the purchase.

It's fine. Did what I expected, nothing more. Might try other brands before reordering.

Works well. Deducting a star because the bottle is hard to open with one hand, but the product itself is solid.

Third-party tested, clean label. That's what I look for first. Actually works too, which is a bonus.
