Worked overnight if you know what I mean! usually I can tell whether one is going to work for me or not, this one is great.

This is a good general-purpose probiotic featuring common, useful strains of gut-biome-fortifying organisms. While some probiotics focus on ill-studied and uncommon strains of Lactobacillus, Clostridium, and so on, the basic spore-forming Bacillus strains included are some of the most well-studied in the world, and especially B. coagulans has fairly well-documented good effects on the gut compared to many other products. These organisms themselves don't necessarily stick around in the gut after one stops taking the supplement, but they still help to create a lastingly healthier biome when taken. The supplement does have the most common GI side effects of discomfort, loose stool, and so on — I would strongly recommend taking it with food, and not when you're going to be away from a toilet — but apart from that it seems like a good choice to help with gut health. Recommended.

This is great probiotic! I have never used a vegan probiotic, and this one works fantastic. The pills are easy to take and have no flavor to them. I have been taking one a day in the morning after breakfast. It also has a prebiotic, which is supposed to give the probiotic food, and a postbiotic, which I am not exactly sure what it does and first time I have had a supplement with that! It has definitely made me more regular, makes me go the next morning like clockwork. I would highly recommend this probiotic, great product for the money, especially if you are looking for a vegan one.

These are large capsules. I have no problem swallowing them, but my wife does. The important thing for me is they do seem to make me more regular. that's what I wanted. I am happy with this product.

These pills are a little larger than the Probiotic supplements I normally take. Also, they have less CFUs than what I normally take, but that being said, I feel pretty good from taking them, and that is all that matters. I take probiotics regularly to help with my UC, and so far these seem to agree with my system, and I feel like my gut health is benefited from taking them.

This seems to be a good quality probiotic blend so far.<br /><br />- Capsules are easy to swallow<br />- No odd aftertaste or ill effects<br />- Price/Value is decent<br />- Unfortunately, Label does not have GMP stamp and no claims of 3rd party lab testing (I haven't seen a COA yet)<br /><br />I haven't had any problem taking these, but I'm only giving 4 stars for now until I have a chance to view a COA from the company for this product. If/when I receive that, I'll revise my review accordingly.
