AND I have tried a lot! I have had sleeping problems all my life. The only thing that worked better was a liquid form that I took in the early years that doesn't exist anymore. It was too strong. This is the perfect push over the edge to get me on my way. I have been taking this brand for two years and a similar brand the 2-3 years before that.. I love it.

Only brand that works for me. If you have tried other brands and don’t think they work well, you’re not alone. It only takes me less than 30 minutes to feel sleepy and I wake up with no headaches or tired feeling.

I don't take it every night but often enough as it's super easy to slip under the tongue and let melt. It really does help get me to sleep. Not stay asleep all night though but still it helps.

Bought a bottle containing 60 more of the 3mg tablets, for a total of 180…. Turns out there’s only 52 in the entire thing. Less than 1/3 of what they advertise… very disappointing. Contacted Natures Truth to see if I could at least get a replacement and they are closed due to Covid and bottling is done in house, so no time frame on a replacement. Be careful what you order.

Easier to take because it dissolves quickly

Always helps with sleep. The flavor of the chewable tablets aren't liked by by Son.
