Ordered these when the regular strength Olly sleep gummies started to lose their potence. I generally do not get resistant to a melatonin product, but I had started waking up in the middle of the night and taking longer to fall asleep even when I increased the dose of regular strength gummies from two to three gummies, so I ordered a bag of these. Since I would need less gummies, I would get more milage for the money.<br /><br />I started out with one gummie of extra strength, and within 15 minutes I was fighting to stay awake. Within 30 minutes I was fast asleep in front of my computer. These gummies are stronger than some prescription muscle relaxers or even xanax. I stuck with one gummy because of how strong they are. They put me right out and I am able to wake up the next day without much of a melatonin hangover. I have trouble with oversleeping because melatonin and gummy products will take hours to kick in, so if I take say a regular strength olly gummy or a dayquil brand sleep gummy or melatonin tablet, it will take 2-3 hours before I fall asleep, so I will be asleep the next morning for longer than I want to be, or I will wake up in the early morning and remain exhausted from lack of sleep the whole next day. These gummies are so effective and under rated, these will help solve my sleep problems that I've had my whole life. Great product and will be buying for as long as they work.

I've been taking diphenhydramine HCl 50 mg (2 caplets Benadryl) and melatonin 10 mg nightly for over three years to help me fall and stay asleep. For the last 3 months, however, I had to stop taking diphenhydramine for health reasons, and the melatonin all by itself was not getting the job done. During this time I've tried many all-natural herbal sleep-aid products and haven't found one that works. So in cases where getting and falling asleep was an absolute must (i.e. big day the next day) I turned to my anti-anxiety prescription to get the job done. This was dangerous because I found myself relying more and more on my anti-anxiety pills to get sleep, and I wasn't about to become dependent/addicted to benzodiazapines to address my insomnia... talk about bringing a semi-automatic ak-47 pistol to a knife fight! Then I came across this product and read all the positive reviews it had regarding its effectiveness. I was hopeful, but remained skeptical since my level of insomnia, coupled with anxiety, is pretty high. I took the prescribed dosage of 2 gummies 20 minutes before bedtime, got myself ready for bed, and sat up in bed watching tv expecting a long, sleepless night. How about I found myself waking up to the sound of the tv 4 hours later? It works! It works well! Had I not had my tv on, I probably would have slept through the night until the morning alarm. So if you're on the fence about trying this out for yourself, wondering if it will work for your awful bouts of insomnia, let me knock you off that fence to the "Yes" side... you'll thank me for it... just like I thank all the other consumers who took the time to write a review about their positive experience with this product. (Oh, and btw, I feel bad for those of you who had their gummies all goop together during delivery... I'm happy to say that my experience was different. Mine were delivered in a bubble-wrapped UPS padded plastic package, with two freezer packs accompanying the product. Though the freezer packs were all melted by the time I got my package, they had done the job of keeping the gummies from melting together... mine were in perfect condition.) I hope this product works just as well for you as it has for me... I'm looking forward to tonight and getting more sleep! :)

I have alot of trouble falling and staying asleep at night. I bought these gummies thinking it wouldn't hurt to try them, they have alot of good reviews. I took 2 as suggested and got relatively sleepy within 1 hour. I fell asleep around 11pm, the problem was I woke up at 2am with a horrible stomach pain. I couldn't sleep and I felt nauseous until 3:45 ish, where I finally dozed off again. I woke up in the morning feeling extremely tired, but glad the stomach pain was gone. It was a horrible experience, I'm not trying this product again.

The short version: These work! They will help you fall asleep! I highly recommend them!<br /><br />The long version: I've used tons of different over-the-counter melatonin/sleep aids, both in pill & gummy form, and am usually lucky if they make me even slightly drowsy. In my experience, the regular OLLY melatonin gummies are by far the best, but still don't allow me to feel actively tired and truly fall asleep. So when I saw this "extra strength" version I held out hope that maybe I'd found the solution to my sleep problems.<br /><br />Needless to say, I was right! These really do work and man, do they make me TIRED. I follow the instructions and take two before bed, or a long flight. The flavor is, to me, a bit bitter — sort of like a minty berry with a bit of a medicine aftertaste. It's not like candy but by no means is it hard to tolerate.<br /><br />The sleep quality I get when I take these is very good. Some sleep aids make me feel foggy, disoriented, etc the next morning or simply do not help me fall into a deep sleep. The opposite is true of these — I sleep through the night, but when I do want to wake up I'm able to do so and feel clear, well-rested, and ready for the day.<br /><br />These are the only sleep aids that I can say with 100% confidence do what they are supposed to! I would highly recommend them to anybody seeking an easier time falling asleep at night, or a better quality of sleep.

As I take a prescription sleep aid every night, I was skeptical of this product. I am currently weaning off my RX to start a different medication, and my doctor suggested this specific brand of melatonin. I thought to myself, yeah, sure. I’ll try it so I can honestly tell him it doesn’t work. Boy was I WRONG!! I love this product!! I love the taste, the texture, and how effectively it works. I begin to get drowsy about 20-30 minutes after taking it. It is a little bit pricey for MY budget and I tried another gummy, and the taste was awful. So I am sticking with Olly’s!!! LOVE IT!!

I tried these on the advice of a friend who uses them.<br /><br /> The flavor is a little strange, berry but not too sweet and with an almost licorice/anise bite, but very slight. The first pack I received was melted together with the heat and I spent 20 minutes peeling the gummies apart.<br /><br /> I have had insomnia since childhood and take sleep aids almost every night. I get intrusive thoughts, especially at bedtime, because of anxiety. If you've ever been about to fall asleep and your brain throws a bad memory at you so hard that your body actually jerks, you know what I am talking about. I tried these, not thinking it would do so much but 50mg of benadryl plus 12mg of melatonin is leaving me with a medication hangover so, it's worth a try. SILENCE inside my head. I was reading and actually felt a little sleepy, put the book down and I. Fell. Asleep. This is how sleep is SUPPOSED TO BE. I'm not supposed to fight for it and try to trick it into coming on. Where has this been all my life?????<br /><br />And, to top off the beauty of it, my last delivery was in an insulated bag with an ice pack.
