I got this L- Glutamine to help with my bloating and other stomach issues . I have need takin it for about three weeks and I can notices a great difference in my stomach . I take it very morning first this before I have eaten anything with about 8 ounces I am not going to lie I know it says unflavored but I don't like the taste I chug it really fast other than that I am super pleased with my results and will continue taking it daily . High recommend !

I was never normal when it comes to going to the restroom. This has definitely eliminated that problem. It does not have a taste. It does come with a scooper, but I had to empty the powder out in a bowl to find it. Will purchase again.

I've had good luck with Sandu's supplements and I think this is also a good product. As far as I can tell it seems to be helping. It mixes well, it has almost no taste, and seems to digest without any issues.<br /><br />I noticed that although it mixes well in water, it doesn't actually dissolve, so the powder falls back to the bottom. It seems like this powder probably should be micronized if it's going to be used in drinks, this seems more like the gritty powder that's added to capsules. This might limit or slow down absorption.<br /><br />One use for glutamine is gut health - especially those suffering from leaky gut, where unhealthy cells in the gut lining allow things to pass through that should be blocked. From what I'm reading, people with leaky gut often also suffer from leaky brain barrier, so those contaminants can into your bloodstream as well as into your brain, and can cause inflammation, brain fog etc.<br /><br />Glutamine is also thought to help with intense exercise, where it supports muscle cells as fuel in otherwise catabolic conditions where they're breaking down their own protein for fuel. It can also help speed recovery from intense workouts, reduce soreness, etc. I've found it helps with this, and I add the powder to my mid- and post-workout drinks.

I got this supplement to add to smoothies, mostly, in the hopes of improving my digestion.<br />I cannot say whether it not it has had any effect on my health so far, but the powder is very fine, easily mixed into smoothies, and tasteless, so I give it 4 stars. Container was sealed and it looks very fresh, and consistent in color. I feel confident that it’s what it says it is. I generally don’t take any supplements without doing due diligence in reading labels and researching companies and ingredients.

This product was great and helped my overall gut health that I’ve struggled with for a while!
