Quality Stuff

Chelated magnesium was recommended to me by a doctor a long time ago to help with female reproductive cycle issues and general health benefits. I've tried a couple other brand, from amazon and local stores, and none of them... taste right if that makes any sense? This one has a particular smoothness and the right 'taste' that it seems to be legit and effective.

And while I can't say definitively that this particular product played any major role in it, the issues that I originally took it for have long since both dissipated in severity and I've actually been able to conceive where previously I was told it was extremely unlikely. So hey, there's that.

At minimum, this stuff and brand seems to be quality product and I'll continue to have it on auto-order indefinitely.

The BEST for cramps!

This is the only magnesium that helps with my muscle cramps! I went a month without them to try something new and never again. These are the best for cramps, hands down!

Readily absorbed

Much more effective because it is better absorbed by the body than Magnesium Oxide (which is usually found at the grocery or drugstore). In 3-4 weeks, it eliminated my palntar facitis and also lowered my blood pressure. No more leg
or foot cramps. Taken 2-3 tablets per day.

If you have migraine

After years of migraine headaches, I read an article about magnesium deficiency and migraine (Google magnesium oxide migraine) and tried this product. I am, apparently, among the 50% if migraine sufferers who need supplemental magnesium.

Great Product

I use chelated magnesium to help soften my stools as I am on a restricted calorie, low carb diet. It works like a charm!! I take 500mg in the morning with breakfast and 500mg in the evening with dinner. This stuff is the best, and when I am not on it, I can tell in a big way. Highly recommend!!
