I have tried it in water, orange juice, milk and even coffee. I have found it works best for me in my orange juice. In water I can't seem to get it to dissolve and it doesn't seem to stay suspended very well (a good bit settles to the bottom of the glass if I don't drink the whole glass). In water It does not seem to change the taste to me; your opinion may be different here.<br /><br />I cannot say whether or not it does what it claims as I don't suffer from IBS, constipation or diarrhea (unless I drink too much coffee).
