Too much added sugar

Too much added sugar that’s not needed.

Seems to be reducing stress. That was the goal.

So far so good. I do feel less stressed and that is why I purchased the product. I am not crazy about sugar and wish it was less sweet. Otherwise no complaints.

doesn't work, artiificial taste

The taste is slightly artificial and disappointing. Additionally, noticed zero difference taking the supplement compared to not taking it. I've taken other ashwaganda supplements and found them to be helpful but this one did nothin. This product is a total waste of time.

No bueno

Taste is terrible! I expected something really good from the reviews but it is so gross.<br />I started with one to see how I felt but it made me very shaky and nauseous.<br />I thought I did enough research before purchasing, however, I missed the part where it said this supplement lowers your blood sugar.
