Epithelial cells, the antimicrobial compounds they make, and a mucous layer compose control over permeability of the intestinal lining. Tight junctions (or lack thereof, made of proteins that prevent anything inside the intestine from gaining entry into the body, are control centers. L-Glutamine (along with other supplements) is a key element to health. This is a great product and priced well for the task.

glutamine is supposed to help with healing the lining of the gastrointestinal tract - my symptoms have improved after a month or so on it - i hope for additional benefit but so far am very pleased with it!

I only take it for a few day but it seem my bloating is gone. I used to take turmeric balls which was really good but it was expensive. This is a very good alternative for me. Two bottles and way less than $50 is a great deal. It helps with my bloating and I seem to eat less than usual. This is great for me as I am try to eat ỉn calories deficit to lose weight. I love it so far. I took it in the morning with a bottle of water in empty stomach.
