LOVE IT! EASY TO MEASURE, HARDLY NO TASTE AND YOU PAY LESS IN THE LONG RUN BECAUSE IT LASTS LONG. I HATE HAVING TO SWALLOW CAPSULES THAT JUST LAY IN YOUR STOMACH (REALLY, EMPTY YOUR CAPSULES AND LET THEM SIT IN COMMODE FOR A DAY, YOU WILL SEE THEY JUST SIT THERE). THE POWDER IS JUST WHAT I WANT. JUST MIX WITH WATER OR YOUR FAVORITE JUICE.

Tasted a little weird but all in all I like it!
Package appears to have moisture in it. Not sure if that’s typical for this supplement. Not terrible still granulated.
I am using this product to help me with my cardio fitness and metabolism. I have only used it for 2 weeks so it is hard to say if it has helped. I can say this, it hasn't hurt. I hope to see more results after a couple of months.
