The product is fine however; it was delivered to the wrong house. When I saw the delivery picture, it was my neighbor's house, not mine. They have a prettier door than I do.

My special needs kids often require help to settle down at bedtime and/or to sleep through the night. These are 2 mg which is double most melatonin supplements for kids. But I’m finding that they are sometimes needing a little extra. So I like the amount of melatonin in just one tablet. 240 tablets per bottle make these a great value, too.<br /><br />I also like that these are sugar free tablets as opposed to many gummy supplements. They contain xylitol which is good for oral health. If I give these after they’ve brushed their teeth, I don’t need to worry they will lead to cavities. Just keep them away from dogs as xylitol is poison for them. Highly recommend these sugar free tablets.

About 20 minutes after I take 1 chewable my eyelids get heavy and it's hard to stay awake so it definitely does something. If I fall asleep and wake up an hour later for some reason that sensation is gone, so it's not an all-night type of thing. I have found that I am occasionally sore in the morning but not sure if that is from the very deep sleep or a side affect of the drug. Definitely worth a shot.

kids are sleeping so well on these. they enjoy the flavor as well so it's not a struggle to get them to take it.

I decided to try this brand just as an alternative. Have not been disappointed in the dosage. If I had one issue, it is that it is a smaller pill form, which is still easily chewable, however, the last product I had was a larger disc shaped tablet and it dissolved in my mouth without issue so I had that additional option of doing that rather than only being able to chew up the tablet like I do with this product.

I like how these chewable melatonin tablets only contain 2 mg each. This lower dosage may be enough to help a person fall asleep, especially someone trying melatonin for the first time or those who feel its effects after taking one or two tablets. Unless someone has developed a tolerance for lower doses or has been advised by their healthcare provider to take a larger dose, it’s best to take lower doses of this supplement.<br /><br />The product description says that this supplement is made in the USA but this is not clearly expressed on the bottle’s label. As shown in the picture, it says this product is manufactured for Freeda Health / Brooklyn NY but it does not say that it is manufactured in the USA. The image in the shape of the US containing stars & stripes does not unequivocally provide the same meaning as made or manufactured in the USA but is more of an implication.
