Good probiotics for little tummies
These probiotic drops have been amazing for my breastfed infant son. He has Down syndrome and was having trouble staying regular. Once I added these drops, he finally started having regular bowel movements. With regularity, he no longer has terrible smelling gas. I give him 15 drops/day. I usually mix it into his food now that he is eating solids, but he’ll even take it in his mouth plain. He’ll open up for the drops and he like them.

Vegan, no refrigeration needed
Wish they were easier to actually give to our baby, better dropper, different style top..? Otherwise happy with the product and glad they don't require refrigeration. Appreciate that they are vegan. Made us less concerned giving them to our three-month-old knowing that our three-year-old has life-threatening allergies to eggs, dairy and tree nuts.

I think they work (if they're shipped and arrive quickly that is!)
Updated Reveiw: I am needing to downgrade my review from 5 stars to 3. After six months of daily use during which time the Jarro helped so much with my daughter's eczema and digestive issues, this last batch we received seems to be a dud. I'm assuming it has something to do with the fact that it was shipped on a Thursday and didn't arrive to me until Monday, as others have stated. My previous orders were shipped and at my door by the 2nd day. I am so disappointed to have wasted my money and do not think this is a reflection of the product itself but rather poor shipping practices.

Original Review: My 11 month old started on anti-biotics when she was only 2 weeks old due to a kidney issue.I started her on Jarro-Dophilus mixed with milk when she was about 5 months old and now mix it daily with yogurt or applesauce. I know all about how these are supposed to work but honestly didn't notice anything wrong with her to start so I don't know if it's working or not. The one thing I have definitely noticed is that she had a chronic patch of "eczema" or dry skin on her cheek that got so much better when I started giving her the pro-biotics. She also sleeps better and her diapers are better although that could be due to getting off of antibiotics at 8 months finally. Either way I'll take it, they're definitely not hurting her! I was concerned about them not arriving cold packed but called the company and was assured that they were fine.

Ok if you’re in a pinch
I bought this when my normal infant probiotic was out of stock. It did the job but it wasn’t perfect and I wouldn’t buy it over my normal one. It’s oil based so it will leak out the top if you’re not careful. It needs a good amount of drops to qualify as a serving so one bottle only lasted three weeks. Towards the end of the bottle, there was more visible probiotics but they weren’t mixing well with the oil and basically just stuck to the glass. Again, it got the job done( my formula fed baby was less constipated than no probiotics but I wouldn’t buy unless I had to.

Highly recommend this to other parents who are looking for a great brand that's easy to use for their infants!
I purchased this for my 5 month old. I had to do a round of antibiotics and she is exclusively breastfeeding, so I wanted to limit the effects it would have on her. I use probiotics daily and feel good knowing there is a highly recommended probiotic for her age. She doesn't seem to even notice it's in her bottle when she drinks it. Highly recommend this to other parents who are looking for a great brand that's easy to use for their infants!

Made it worse
Kiddo has some kind of GI issues and the doc recommended these for her. I introduced these to her slowly (5 drops once a day instead of the 10) and it made her instantly worse. Went from 1 or 2 poo diapers a day to 8+, diarrhea, mucousy poos, started to refuse to eat, weight dropped to from 75th to 12th% in about 2 weeks. (kiddo was 2 mos old when doc suggested these.) Do not recommend using these for little-littles.
