Nice that it dissolves but a bit chalky. Very low dose so I have to take a few to get sleepy. Not really worth it for me.

I love Olly products! These sleep tablets help me to fall asleep and stay asleep all night without any tiredness the next day. Kind of mellows you out. They are easy to take and taste great. Wonderful product!

The item is described to me as an alternative to melatonin, yet the active ingredient in this is 3mg of melatonin. That they added another ingredient is beside the point. Before I tried this I was on 1mg of melatonin and it worked fine, but I was looking for something NOT melatonin. Granted, these taste way better than straight melatonin, but I need to break them in half or I sleep so hard I can't hear my babies cry. Maybe that's okay for some people, but not this dad.

These dissolvable tablets definitely are effective. After about 30-45 minutes of taking, you do start to fall to sleep and stay asleep naturally for up to 6+ hours. No after taste. No grogginess. Definitely an easy way to help fall to sleep for nights that you may be struggling and need some natural vitamin assistance to help boost your melatonin production.

These are crazy good. I pass out like I’m using my ambien. The first time I used them I fell asleep in the middle of the next day. I used them just last night and I didn’t feel tired all day. But both times I fell asleep within 30 minutes of use<br /><br />Edit: I have a bottle of melatonin on my nightstand. It doesn’t work at 10 mg. This has 3 mg and lemon balm I believe. It knocks me out guaranteed in 30 minutes. I’m like on one week of straight use
