2 years ago I contracted c-diff on a cruise. I fought it with multiple medications..which of course made me even sicker and killed all the good bacteria along with the bad. After losing about 10 pounds and months of suffering, I thought I would try a probiotic. I started with drugstore brands which helped some, but not all. Then I searched the Internet and found these. After about a week or so I began to feel better, so I continued to take one a day. I was better within a couple months.<br />Two years later and I am still using this product and will use it for the rest of my life.

This is a product from a reputable company. I have been taking it early each morning before breakfast for over a year now and adding a high quality probiotic has helped so much with a balanced gut. My good bacteria was stripped away after I had an operation and had to take a lot of antibiotics! So, after suffering a lot with digestive problems and yeast imbalances, I researched probiotics - tried some from the grocery store, then found this one on line on Amazon. No problems at all since I've introduced it to my dietary regime. One thing, though, once you have an established amount of good bacteria in your system again - you must feed them!! Add high quality fermented foods once or twice a day to your diet. Pickles, sauerkraut, or go get the good stuff from a health food store!

I had been dealing with anxiety for several years before finding out how issues with gut bacteria can cause anxiety, depression, etc. As someone who was prescribed antibiotics fairly often throughout my life I decided to give this probiotic a try and saw a significant decrease in my anxiety within the first two months. I am &#34;amazed&#34; at how well the probiotic 10 25 billion works. Before I started taking it I was bloated, constipated, had indigestion problems and an infection. Since taking my probiotic all the good bacteria is restored and I feel great! I have everything good to say about Now Probiotic - 10 25 billion. I love it!

After severe pneumonia the two rounds of antibiotics left me with no energy. I also had body aches like the flu for a year. My doctor did blood tests and found nothing wrong. Another great product from NOW Foods.<br /><br />I was skeptical that a probiotic that can be kept at room temperature would not be as effective, but I have found that this is helpful for keeping me and my family's health in order.<br /><br />Some probiotics have a distinct smell (especially in powder form) and this one does too, if you break open the capsule; but as long as it is encapsulated it not bother me at all.<br /><br />I love the price point of this per serving as well, much more cost effective than other brands of similar caliber. Because it is effective, I only take half serving for maintenance, only taking full serving when needed - so it makes for a great value over all. Highly recommend.
