This seems to be a good quality glutamine blend so far.<br /><br />- Capsules are easy to swallow<br />- No odd aftertaste or ill effects<br />- Price/Value is very good<br />- Label doesn't have GMP stamp but does claim 3rd party lab tested (however I haven't seen the COA yet)<br /><br />I haven't had any problem taking these, but I'm only giving 4 stars for now until I have a chance to view a COA from the company for this product. If/when I receive that, I'll revise my review accordingly.

I was very excited to see this product listed as I have been seeing all over TikTok, except in the powdered form. So far I have only tooken this tablet about nine days. I have so far not noticed a difference in my gut health, but I will continue to take this product because I know magic does not happen overnight. I take this pill twice a day, once in the morning and again at dinner. The pill is very easy to swallow it does not cause any weird side effects like nausea upset stomach for me. I also love that the ingredients does not have anything unusual listed. I will definitely come back to update you all in two weeks but so far so good I definitely recommend you purchase.

I read that this helps with belly blpat and can help flatten tummys and let me say it definitely felps with bloat. I took it in the am with a bottle of water and now almost at noon I've been to the bathroom 3 times. Maybe it depends on the person but it sure got my bowels going

I purchased this item because I like taking healthy supporting immune and health suppliments for my personal belief.<br />I feel that the suppliment is doing what is expected. I use to feel bloated after eating dinner and waking up the next day feeling tired and lazy. I have noticed that once I started including this suppliment to my vitamin selection, I have been feeling pretty good with less stress and less irritable feelings of being bloated.
