Great, easy to administer probiotic. Very convenient that each capsule is individually wrapped, when leaving supplements out for others to take. My other probiotic has to be refrigerated, so I don't want to leave it out in the morning to possibly be out of the fridge all day until my kids take it.<br /><br />Culturelle has good science behind it--but it only contains lactobacillus, the predominant beneficial bacteria in the small intestines, and I wish it contained bifidobacter as well (the predominant beneficial bacteria in the large intestines).<br /><br />Good price here on Amazon.

I love this probiotic. I have taken probiotics for decades and have learned that each different strain seems to be indicated for different problems. And there's supposedly mind-gut connection. Culturelle has a great impact on helping to balance my body. And the &#34;GG&#34; strain of bacteria, only in Culturelle, supposedly helps balance your mood, and that's always appealing. I don't know if it actually works, but what the heck, it works in my gut and if my mood is improved, all the better. Do some research on this!

and this works great in this large size. my father is a chemist and years ago he told me this was the brand he would recommend so I have been taking it since but can't find this large a size in the stores and the price is great.
