I purchased this brand of Psyllium Husk because my usual was out of stock for at least a month. I really didn't expect much of a change if any. I was wrong. For the first three days everything was normal and on the fourth day I noticed things seemed to be moving more freely. Without going into detail, by the fifth day till now things are moving like they did 20 years ago. I don't know if it's the quality of the Psyllium or the addition of the herbs but this works far better than the name brand I had been using. I have a new go to fiber supplement and I will be purchasing this again.

I was looking for fiber to help with digestion and to lower my cholesterol. Most other fiber products want you to take 5 pills 4 times a day. I was pleased when I came across this. Already I have noticed the difference. Before I wasn't able to eat anything after 3pm without burping up liquid and being miserable at bedtime. And it's got good stuff in it like turmeric, which I took beforevfor the benefits. Now I can eat whenever I want, drink whatever I want whatever time I want and still have a p[eaceful sleep. All in 2 pills, not 20.

I guess 3x potency is way too much... After a few days of pooping hard gravel, I switched to only 1 pill a day. Still pooping rocks a week later, so I switched to 1 pill every other day. I think I may need to go down to maybe twice a week or even less. It's awful. Knowing you have poop there and feeling like you need to poo, but nothing much comes out.

So i take psyllium husk to help regulate bowel movements in a smooth manner and help with fiber when i dont eat enough… this stuff works BETTER than plain Psyllium husk. Its been almost a week and can already tell the difference

I came out of the hospital after having had surgery and was put on some pain meds. The meds caused a constipation problem I never had before and remained after I stopped them. I tried a few different products for constipation but nothing worked until I tried<br />Premium Psyllium Husk Capsules! I quickly became regular and continue to take them. As I am older I can't afford the problem of constipation. The capsules are easy to swallow, and work well. I highly recommend them!

Been using this a couple of weeks and I’ll say it does what it’s supposed to do. It works just as well as the more expensive options.
