Wow, these. are. effective. I’ve heard people say Black Maca is known as “Nature’s Viagra”, but let me tell ya…. these pills really live up to that name. I’ve been taking 2 a day as recomended and about a week of taking them consistently I started noticing my… *cough*… boners…*cough* started lasting a loooooong time and were very…well…”solid”. It’s great cause that’s essentially what I bought these for and to help boost overall libido, but I might have to cut back to taking them every other day with how well they actually work. It’s probably because of the such high potency with it being a 40:1 extract which is leagues higher than other Maca supplements I’ve seen (and is one of the reasons I picked this product).<br /><br />Apart from that, the added Ashwagandha is a nice touch since it adds some stress relieving efects that really smoothen out the energy boosting effects of Black Maca. I received the product and started taking it in the morning (I don't get enough sleep, so I run on a lot of anxiety). I started getting really sleepy, which tells me this does a great job of lowering anxiety and inducing a calm state.<br /><br />So I switched to taking it at night! Much better. I get better quality sleep, and wake up feeling more rested. I work out hard and take a lot of workout supplements, and it feels like this is helping me to manage my hormone levels by balancing things out. Little things like mood stability, overall confidence and ability to think critically and emotionally engage with others. I’ve been taking 2 capsules twice a day for a little over a week and have started noticing the following effects:<br /><br />⁃ As a 40yr old male, I’ve been experiencing the sad but unnavoidable drop in testosterone, libido, and sex drive the last 5 or so years. This is the main reason I purchased this product and I will say, it is helping. I won’t go into too much detail, but let’s just say my wife is MUCH happier :)<br /><br />⁃ Moderate increase in overall energy & drive. I have been taking this for about three weeks now. I was searching for a solution to increase my 'drive' in addition to lowering my anxiety. This works for both! I take it at night and it chills me out and helps me get a good night sleep. That chill seems to run through the next day while also ramping up my libido which is a solid add. A great combination of ashwaganda and black maca. I’ve only been taking it for about a week but already feel more of a positive energy. I feel like I have a bit more energy during and after my workouts as well. Packaging and capsules are good quality.
