Convenient gummy’s I keep them by the bedside table for nights. I’m having trouble sleeping. They work very well and are tasty.

I got these to compare with my regular melatonin gummies (Solimo 120ct 5mg gummies), and I'm glad that I did, b/c I now know that I need to stick with what I have... the grass isn't always greener on the other side. First off, these are more expensive - $0.17/ea vs. $0.05/ea and both of them are 2 gummies/night. Second, the Solimo bottle is twice as big and is only 66% of the price of this bottle that's 50% of the size. Third, these are less-tasty, even though they're both strawberry-flavored, yet these taste less like strawberry than Solimo. And finally, I like a gummy to actually be soft, and these just aren't soft... mine were pretty chewy, more toward the hard(er) side. All-in-all, I'm glad that I tried them, and they do the job, but I certainly won't be back for another bottle.

So I have been using these for a while now, back story....I am disabled and doc has me on ambien to try to help me sleep.....end back story, and they seem to help a little with me STAYING asleep for longer periods at a time. Normally I wake up every hour or so but i have actually slept a good 2 and 3 hours at a time while taking these so I would say they help a little anyway. I am not fond of how they taste and feel sugary when chewed but other than that I cant find any fault.

For 5mg per serving, these gummies are quite effective. I find myself getting drowsy soon after use.<br /><br />There are 60 gummies, but the serving size is 2, so it will last you a month if you take the recommended serving.<br /><br />The gummies are easy to chew and have an artificial strawberry flavor. So if you like strawberry flavor candy, these will be easy to digest.

So, for someone that usually takes 10mg in melatonin my husband took these, and they did not work for him. I now realize that you have to take 4 in order to get 10mg which I don't know why they don't just say they are 3mg and then it would be less misleading and people thinking each gummy is 5mg instead of having to have two to get 5 mg.

I recently received these and have tried them twice. Both times, they did an excellent job of helping me relax and fall asleep. I don't take melatonin often, but it seems to work well when I do take it. So, in that regard, these work as well as other metformin types I have tried. For me, about half an hour after taking them, I am ready to nod out.<br /><br />I like that these are gummies that actually taste pretty good.<br /><br />For about $10, you get enough for 30 servings, which is not bad at all. If you don't use them often, and only as really needed, they should last quite a while.<br /><br />On the bottle, it says These are "formulated in the USA". But, I don't really know what that means. The product listing says "Made in the USA,". So, we can hope they're telling the truth. There is also something about them being made FOR a company in Ireland. So, who knows? Still, they work and I haven't had any negative side effects yet, so I guess they're okay.<br /><br />Overall, these melatonin gummies seem to work very well, and the price is right. So, I feel okay recommending them.
