ok so hear me out. this product changed my life. wait wait i know it sounds a little cliche but just hear me out. staying hydrated is very important and i think everyone knows that. however, its hard to drink water the whole day. we're humans so we forget or we get tired of drinking water the whole day. its hard for me too. however, this product is equal to drinking more water than your actually drinking. it hydrates you more than just drinking water on its own. i recommend this to not just people who exercise regularly but to everyone. it is highly important to stay hydrated. i have never written a review on amazon before. this is my first time writing a review. you can check my profile if you dont believe me. thats how good this product is and i really want to recommend this to everyone. it also tastes really good. i know that a lot of people dont like drinking water on its own because they dont like the taste of it. you can just pour this in the bottle and drink it. it doesnt even take a minute. its very accessible

I usually don’t write reviews, but I had to write one for this product. I was super hungover the other day, and as soon as I woke up, I put the powder in my water and chugged it down. As soon as I chugged it down, my thirst was immediately satisfied, and after 30 minutes or so, my hangover was gone. GONE. I’m going to buy boxes and leave them in my pantry whenever I’m hungover. I also think this would be helpful for people with upset stomachs.

I was a bit skeptical about it cause there was no review or anything but decided to give it a try because it said zero sugar and had amino acids. Package arrived faster than I thought and tastes good too. Honestly think it tastes better than liquid iv.<br />I play badminton and it actually worked, I wasn’t as thirsty.
