Happy with the variety of ingredients in this multi vitamin. Reliving that I can get every thing I was looking for in such a small caplet. Usually needed multiple horse pills every day to get the dose I was looking for

My first impression is that this L-Methylfolate B complex is a MUCH nicer size to swallow. I laid out my generic version compared to this one. This one is both shorter and not as bulky.<br /><br />Throughout the day, my stomach has done just fine with these. Sometimes vitamins make my stomach turn but these have sat just fine.<br /><br />Also, I like that it has the L-methylfolate folate form.

We’ve been taking methylfolate and methylcobalamin separately.<br /><br />If you have the MTHFR mutation, you should end up taking 15 mg per day - the same dose as Deplin minus all the artificial colors and other garbage ingredients. However, this capsule has 7.5 mg of methylfolate, so if your goal is to take 15 mg, then you’ll need to take two of these.<br /><br />My daughter’s doctor kept pushing Deplin, despite her food allergies. A folate deficiency affects mood, anxiety, and more. Very glad to find a methylfolate this pure.<br /><br />My daughter and I have the MTHFR mutation, plus celiac and food allergies. This is a great supplement if you have an MTHFR mutation. It has the methylated forms of both folate and B vitamins so it's really all you need to treat the mutation. It works just as well as more expensive prescription options. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, and you only need one a day. It's also one of the more reasonably priced options available.

Living with diabetes has it's ups and downs. Vitamin B is essential for your health. The blend of vitamins and nutrients in this supplement has helped relieve some of my neuropathy pain. Which is a blessing. Though changing my diet would help even more. I 'd definitely recommend it as an aid to improve your health.
