This seems to be a good quality Taurine blend so far.<br /><br />- Capsules are easy to swallow<br />- No odd aftertaste or ill effects<br />- Price/Value is very good<br />- Label has GMP stamp but I'm not sure if 3rd party lab tested (I haven't seen the COA yet)<br /><br />I haven't had any problem taking these, but I'm only giving 4 stars for now until I have a chance to view a COA from the company for this product. If/when I receive that, I'll revise my review accordingly.

As a cyclist, the claimed benefits of Taurine, especially normalizing heart rate for endurance athletes, is the number one reason I'm giving this a try. A long term evaluation will be needed, and I'll update my review if there are any negative side effects. The capsules are of basic size, and easy to swallow. There is no odd smell or taste. The price per unit makes this option very attractive if it lives up to the benefits.

I like this product. It doesn't hurt my stomach. It is easy to swallow. It appears to offer quite a few different benefits. I find that it works best with a good diet and exercise. I experienced increased productivity in the gym and general energy levels were good. I enjoyed it more with a little food in my stomach which helps to time the release a little better. I would recommend this product !

I am not your doctor.<br /><br />I take a nice full handful of pills every morning, and I took some time to get used to these for a few weeks before I gave a full rating. I wanted to compare to what I already take and see if there are any interactions.<br /><br />Taurine is one of those things you don't know if it truly works, but with the amount of old I'm getting, it's probably better same than sorry. For the cost, it can't hurt to add it to your stack, and to make sure you're getting quality material.

ive tried my fair share of taurine and this stuff had very low potency

these are not the large tablets like you might find in other supps. The capsules are are easy to take. seem to be good quality and I take them as needed.
