This product is great for helping me sleep. Absorption is fast, making me feel ready for a restful sleep. I will definitely buy more.

I got these for my son to help with school. He is an adult getting his GED via fast track (tests) to start college immediately after. These strips did help him to focus and worked within hours of taking. He stated they are amazingly strong and effective. He was able to concentrate/zoom in on the class/study material. I will buy again.

I was buying the unisom sleep strips but found these on prime day and they work so much better. I take these along with ashwagandha pills and I sleep through the night.

The first time I tried this, I was so not sure how I felt about it. But I just purchased my second box so I guess I can say I like it. I definitely noticed a difference from using it to the time not using it after I ran out.<br />It does indeed give me a focus boost. It’s not like this “omg wow I could write a 5 page paper” focus, but it keeps me on task noticeably better than not utilizing it. So, I bought it again. Because it helps.<br /><br />I suspect I may have ADHD and can’t really do anything about it so I wanted to find something that would help keep me focused on my school work (college). This is a great choice price-wise.<br />I personally found a whole strip to be too much…something. I can’t say what it was that felt too much, but it just did. So I have been cutting them in half and it works perfectly. So technically I get 60 strips.<br />The effects don’t last all day for me though; I find my self taking like 3 - 4 (so 1.5 - 2 whole strips) throughout the day depending on what I’ve got to work on.<br /><br />As far as taste… it’s not great and it’s not terrible. Okay it’s pretty undesirable the first few times but I’d say it’s an acquired taste. It doesn’t bother me now at all. I just pop it under my tongue and let it dissolve. It’s quick. I think it cuts down on the flavor as well.<br /><br />Overall, for the price, I think it’s definitely worth trying! Much more wallet friendly than most of these other focus supplements so a lot less to lose if you find yourself disappointed or unable to stand the flavor or anything.

The box itself is about the size of a credit card. Inside are 30 envelopes of melatonin strips, and inside each little envelopes are the strips at a size of a thumb. So it is very discreet and portable.<br /><br />The strip itself is thin and small, but very effective. After consuming it and fully melted it only takes around an hour for sleepiness to kick in.<br /><br />While there are tons of melatonin products around it is all in gummy or tablet form. With such discreet strip is such a rare find. I am very pleased with it and highly recommend to people who need some little help to reach their sweet dream.
