This is a great way to take care of our gums. I use this after I brush my teeth. Taste is not bad at all.

You can take 1-3 daily with food. If you only take 1 a day these will last 6 months, and even if you take 3 per day, they will last 40 days so it makes them a good deal. I think they are a good probiotic in general, I'm no expert but when I've purchased oral probiotics in the past, they have been ones you dissolve in your mouth to populate your mouth with good strains of bacteria. Since these are gel caps and go right to your stomach, I don't think they will populate your mouth with good bacteria the way a dissolvable tablet would. My gel caps were small and easy to swallow, they were white, the photo in the listing currently shows blue pills. My bottle had a long expiration date of 1-2025 and was safety sealed. The bottle states it is GMP, does not say on bottle where made, but the listing states USA. These didn't cause a negative reaction when I took them. These don't immediately freshen your breath the way a mint or spray or brushing your teeth will, but may work over time.

I got these because I have 2 wisdom teeth that need to be removed but the surgery is too complicated and risky to do, so it's better I manage my mouth and dental health.
