I have never left an Amazon Review in my life, I always let other people do the work, but i felt it necessary to speak my opinion on this product. I have tried 15-20 probiotics over the course of the past two years ranging in price, size, and bacteria count and all were the same. I have been struggling with pretty bad bloating and over all stomach problems for years and its progressively gotten worse little by little. I saw this product as one of Amazons best reviewed and i figured what the hell I've tried every other kind, and low and behold after 2 days i noticed a giant difference. Foods i used to not be able to eat anymore i could eat again, drinks i could drink, and I didn't have to live in fear every time I ate or drank that i would become ill or in pain. I only noticed one small side effect at first, I was taking it in the morning and noticed a dull little headache like waking up from a long nap, i countered that by only taking one pill instead of two and taking it at night and wah-la! No headache, no stomach problems. Everyone is different, this product might not work for you but it has worked wonders for me and apparently many others. i highly recommend and would suggest to any friend or family dealing with similar issues. I have been trying several probiotics with varied results over time, but I have finally found my perfect combination: GoBiotix Detox + GoBiotix Multivitamin. I feel much better since I started taking both supplements together (I take GoBiotix Detox at night and GoBiotix Multivitamin in the morning). My gut health was already doing much better with just GoBiotix Multivitamin but when I added the GoBiotix Detox to the mix, it really made a difference on my well-being, now I feel much "lighter", my tummy does not distend at all at night and I have regular bowel movements 1-2 times a day. These pills are amazing, I'd definitely recommend to anyone with bloating issues and/or constipation.

I have been using this product for a few weeks now, and I definitely feel a real difference in my well being, in particular, my level of energy and my GI tract health. I feel much less bloated than I usually do at night while using this pills, my colitis is mostly under control now. On the energy front, I have to say I am impressed, I usually have to take a short nap at about 4 PM to keep going the rest of he day, but I haven't felt the need since taking this pills. The pills are very decently sized, however, you have to take 3 of them a day. Another thing I noticed, and which may be the reason why I felt such a change in my energy level is that it comes with both Iodine and Zinc, which are very important to supplement on for a hypothyroid person like me, as well as Iron, which helps a loooooot with my iron deficiency anemia. Instructions do not specify if you should take them separately throughout the day or all at once, so, for the sake of convenience, I've been taking them all at once in the morning and they have worked perfectly for me. All in all, this product has an AMAZING combination of elements for a person with my particular health issues. I could not be any happier. I definitely recommend this product.

At age 17, I was diagnosed with mononucleosis. The infection made me so ill, I was almost unable to get out of bed in the morning, and the same kind of effect applied to my brain as well in the form of brain fog. While the physical part of the trouble vanished over time, the brain fog never completely did. I have made very gradual improvements over the years, but I've never been the same since, and have only ever operated at something like 70% capacity, or so it feels like, with some days being better than others.<br /><br />I've only ever found things that slightly help, but these things are usually reliable. Things such as clean eating, sleeping well, and exercising. Another recent thing: Probiotics. This probiotic, with as many CFUs with 10 different strains (as apposed to some with only 3-5 strains), really has helped be part of my personal recovery. I really think it's worth your interest, as when you're in a situation like mine, even little things really matter when you're trying to get back to 100%.

When I first got these pills I was scared because they’re huge!! However they’re not hard to swallow and they have made major changes in my digestion when I remember to take them regularly. I take a Heathers peppermint pill before my breakfast and two of these at night and my ibs symptoms have never been better. When I take them I notice a change not only in my digestion but throughout my body I feel better. I have given these to family and friends and recommend them to everyone I know! I will definitely be buying another bottle in the future

I’ll be honest. I’ve tried SO many different daily vitamins and probiotics. All of them have really made me tired and bloated and just plain nauseous after I take them. I know probiotics are supposed to be good for you right, so how come so many of them make me feel worse? I did my research and found that a lot of the ones they sell OTC don’t contain as many vitamins as this formula does. It has 50 billion CFUs and even contains turmeric and dandelion root extract! Thanks to Miranda Kerr, dandelion roots have been popping up everywhere and to be able to get it in a capsule along with ginger, turmeric and other anti-inflammatory ingredients is a real treat. I’m pretty sensitive to probiotics but I truly believe those anti-inflammatories really help and really give me that energy boost and healthy flow that these supplements were made for!<br /><br />I also appreciate the fact that this one bottle is almost exactly a one month supply so I can put this on rotation with my other amazon orders!
